I'm not picking sides but if they can't prove that he was stealing their bike, that guy can sue them for battery from that video.

People caught red handed usually won't try to play the victim. Just like burglars who get shot while robbing a home generally don't go to police to see if the gun that shot them is legally registered.

You'd be surprised on how many people get charged with crimes by taking the law into their own hands. People shoot burglars in fear of their safety. The guy did pull out a drill but did he actually start drilling? If a guy with a slim jim was inches away from your car door, would you beat the crap out of him and put it on he internet? A crime is a crime regardless of the intent. Either way, it was a bad idea to only take footage of a group of guys beating someone up and putting it on the internet.

definetly guilty, i like how he tries to appologize for trying to steal, he was appologizing cause he got caught. he deserved a punch in the face, i am sorry but that will stick in his mind more then getting a fine for stealing. plus why would you give a **** about some dude who gets caught stealing something. he did not give a **** about if that guy came out and had no bike did he care about that guy who had to buy that bike, if you say yes you are a retard.

simple thing who would not do that if they caught some dude or even some chic stealin their ride.

please dont say the cops would help get back his bike the police dont care.
