Dogs not allowed at Stafford Lake Park

Arrived at BAM today with my dog only to find out dogs are not allowed in in the county park. Seriously WTF. /rant.

Dan made it clear in his BAM post that no animals are allowed. Sucks, but it is a wildlife refuge.

Exactly why I did NOT go. I will not give money to any place that does not support dogs allowed in the area. Sorry but BAM lost out on my money/participation because of where it was held.

May I suggest for BAM11 a place that is dog friendly be sought out.

I'm sure they didn't miss you. So its whatever. Maybe you should organize BAM11 in a dog friendly spot next year?

No, he's special needs all right.

Beale (the lab you saw walking around) is an assistance dog going through the training process, which means she's treated the same as a companion animal from a legal perspective.

Smart labs have a human IQ of about 60... So it's often hard to tell who is training who...

60?!? You do realize that is REALLLLY low for a human, right?
