my suggestion is to possibly threaten their lives, say a few things in the nature of "i will ****ing kill your mothers" things like that. or maybe use the minefield idea, i see that being affective.. or since we are in an extreme liberal area, put up signs saying "radiation testing zone, current state: fallout" that might work

Nobody is ever gonna buy this radiation or mine field crap. Your best bet is to get beware of bog signs or even just a really big dog.

Most people with cool driveways like that have gates in front that open by remote. That would solve most of your trespassing dog poo problems. Also, in my opinion if you had a gate up and you still managed to run down a couple of dog walkers I could see how it was a total accident and that you weren't liable...but since you don't have a gate and lawyers are good enough to make you believe people can't read or see signs...you might have trouble later.

He does have a gate as already stated. Also, we don't know if the majority of people get on the property from walking up the driveway or if there is a trail that they use to access it from a different point.

I think we need a better description of the area before assuming that one thing will prevent people from walking on there.

IMO. I don't think u can shoot them or hit them with a shovel or run them over with a car even if it's ur property. I know that you can't even shoot a person even if they break into your house unless they point a gun at you and you are acting as self defense.

I know how you feel thought. I will just ask them nicely to leave, it could just be they are not aware of it and I am sure they will get embrasses once they find out. If they still like like a ***** then you can call the cops.

Seriousily thou.. you should set up mice trips along you driveway that will take care of the dog... If it's your neighbor then you don't want a war, just bag the dog poo and put it at their front door.
