depends on what you are going for...yeah generally no droopiness...and I haven't seen the photos everyone is talking about.
But I do know that there are a lot of surgeries being done to make larger but still natural looking breasts. And things like lifts. a friend of mine's boyfriend does it for a living.

i dont know too much about breast enhancement but dont they lose feeling that is normally there since silicon is shoved in there....and blah i have seen the makeover shows on mtv and omg that is just gross what they do
