does Jiffy Lube do alignments?
hey i was going to bring my car into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change(one right by work and parents will pay for it because they rather have someone else do it than me) and was wondering if they can do alignments? I just got a set of eibachs put on and need an alignment before I drive all the way to Carmel/Monterey for the Historics and back.
thanks
thanks
well the guys by me do around 60-70 oil changes a day, as well as all the work on our company cars. its not exactly rocket science, although i might end up just doing to wheel works.

if this is how you and your parents like to take care of your car, you guys might just want to take your car to a dealership service dept.
this is a one-stop shop to get both your oil changed and alignment done....

yeah, for the past 3 years since i bought my car brand new i have always brought it to the dealership for service. however, i leave thursday and need to find a local shop/service place to get work done. ive never brough it to jiffy before so i was not sure.
however, i appreciate the attitude and comment.

I've had my car in for warranty service 3 times. The first time was for clutch shudder. I thought the work was done very well, but upon reflection, I'm not sure if they properly blead my clutch fluid, as first gear began grinding from a dead stop several thousand miles later. The sedond time was for a defective half-shaft. I had to return the car immediately after because a dust shield around the front brake had been bent, causing a squealing noise...not a big deal, the dealership fixed the small problem on the spot. The third time was for replacement of the fuel lines, which leak in cold weather. My car was in the shop about half a dozen times and I wound up taking three days off work before it was finally fixed. The engine still makes a vibration that was not present before the repair...but at least I'm not getting CEL's anymore.
cliff notes: dealer service departments should be marginally better at working on Subarus, but does it justify the added cost?
