Does anybody here sleepwalk, or know anything about sleepwalking?
Well I sleepwalk occasionally, but only when I am under a lot of stress or am extremely tired physically. But it's been weird recently, I wake up with small cuts on my fingers, and this morning I woke up with a really small cut on my forehead. On top of that when i wake up in the morning stuff is sometimes moved around. Like this morning, I couldn't for the life of me find the roll of toilet paper that had been full and sitting next to the toilet last night?
The worst sleepwalking episode I have had was when I had returned from England for a "working" vacation eight years ago. Even after sleeping the whole flight, I was still extremely tired once I got home. I remember having this strange dream that I was still in England walking along scaffolding, when there was suddenly a break in the scaffolding. I fell through and woke up on the floor of my bedroom. I had stood up on my bed, walked off my bed, fell onto my weightbench, hitting my knee, then came to rest on the floor. My mom came running into the room, and I yelled that I was "going to pick up the sheetmetal". Yes I thought that I was still in England, and that a poster I knocked off the wall was a piece of sheetmetal. Well I tried to pick up the "sheetmetal" (poster), and when it bent in my hands I got very confused. So I just went back to bed, lol.
Other weird stuff used to happen, like I would come to, but only half awake, and think that my stereo was on. It was weird because I could hear the music, but when I would go to turn off the stereo it would turn on?? Ha ha Man that was really confusing, but doesn't happen much anymore.
I might eventually find out what's going on, cause my doctor is trying to get me to do a sleep-study thingy, only the company she uses doesn'y have a take-home machine
I can't sleep well in my own bed, let alone a freakin lab! For the mean time I am going to setup my video camera, but I am scared to see what might be going on when I am "sleeping"!
So have any of you got sleep walking expiriences?

I have tried melatonin pills before, didn't do a damn thin even at double dosage. I also tried that natural root that makes you sleepy (can't remember the name), that didn't work either. I take 2 benadryl now at the suggestion of my doctor, cause I used to take sleeping pills everyday during high-school.

That is no joke, sleep walking is serious stuff. My niece went out of the hotel room looking for a bathroom to use and wound up at the stairwell in her pajamas and luckily security happened to be there as well and woke her up. She looked posessed everytime she sleeps walks. She is 16 years old now and still sleep walks.
Now we make sure that the door is sorta blocked when they go to hotels.
thanks for the info guys.

I went to cancun for my senior trip, and I got very, very sick. Basically I wasn't feelin too good, and I made it worse by staying up all night. The following night I felt like I had been hit by a truck, and had a fever and everything. I went to sleep around 8 P.M. in a friend's hotel room, but I would constantly wake up with these starnge hallucinations, like I was the size of an ant and falling through the air. The room was empty but I remember talking to people.
Four hours later my friends return from partying so I head back to my empty room. I go to sleep for a few hours and then awake suddenly covered in sweat. I turn over and see my friend sleeping next to me, then I look at the bed next to me and se my other friends sleeping. I look in the corner of the room and see someone hiding behind the curtain, and see someone sitting next to him staring at me. I then look at the foot of my bed and see the girl that I had met the night before waving me towards her as she walks away (out of the room). So of course I get out of bed (in my boxers) and follow her just outside the door of my room into the hotel hallway. Once the bright lights hit me I realized she wasn't there anymore. So I go back inside my hotel room and realize that I am all alone!
Man that was weird. I was sick for 4 days after that, including the plane ride home. Some people at the airport kept asking if I was alright, and everyone else was just staring, lol.
Some of my current health problems started after I got back from Mexico, god only knows what I picked up down there.
So yea it is doubtful I will ever be going to Mexico again!!
I've sleepwalked before... one time I ended up on the floor of my computer room naked and another time when I was in hawaii I guess I was getting up too pee and well...
I didn't quite end up in the restroom.

I've sleep walked a few times before. I once ran down the stairs and into the kitchen and opened the fridge. Apparently, I sprinted down the stairs and made lotsa noise, so my dad followed me and woke me up in the kitchen. He said that he asked what I was doing and that I said "I dunno" then walked back up to my bedroom. Scary thing is, I don't remember ever running down into the kitchen, and I sure as hell don't remember talking to my dad

Those are some crazy stories, perhaps you have father issues fryrice? lol I guess that I'm lucky, I don't think that I walk that far away when sleepwalking.
