I've gone to one of his suspension classes before, 2 actually. Bummer man. A death that close is very hard on the emotions.

I used to ride with him pretty regularly, very sad to hear about this. He's a damn good guy.

Wow, what a sad loss for him. Doc Wong is an awesome guy. Just the fact that he is known on BARF, i-Club and on the Miata forums show how involved he is with the various communities.

That's sad. Doc Wong is a great person and always took time to try and educate new riders. He was a customer of mine when I worked at Redwood City Honda and we have had some great track days with club desmo. He will be in prayers and I hope he gets through this tragedy.

Wow, I didn't expect to see this here. I heard about this a few days ago from ba_diving. Doc is very involved in the local scuba diving scene (he said he gave up his weekend motorcycle track days to dive). I dive with him fairly regularly, and was on a trip with him in SoCal less than a month ago where he totally went out of his way to set me and my buddies up with some scooter dives.

He is a truly great guy--friendly, optimistic and genuinely enthusiastic. My thoughts and sympathies are with him and his family through this tragedy!
