The problem was user error and a result of not sleeping for a couple of days... It's amazing how much of a toll not sleeping can take on someone... If I would have tried driving and got pulled over, the officer would have thought I was on drugs because I was laughing at everything and couldn't think rationally. I got a few hours of shut up finally so I'm back to thinking straight.
