Do only the COMPLETE morons come out this time of year???
Background: I manage a retail store and this 17-21 year old kid comes into the store... this has been edit to contain English on kids part... otherwise we'd need a translator.
Kid: Hey do you guys have any beaners here?
Me:
:WTF: (note: I'm standing next to my HOT Mexican coworker who is also like ) :HUH:
kid notices the looks he's getting from us then,
kid: You know beaners!?! (gestures a bowl shape on his head)
Me: OH!!! Yeah... lemme show you. (Shows him the BEANIES!)
I never said ANYTHING for the sheer stupidity of the situation and I'm not exactly sure how I could've explained it without it getting touchy... My coworker & I afterwards were having a good ole laugh at the outstanding display of stupidity...
Dear god people... Kids should stay in school. Never has this been more apparent to me...

What a dumb*ss kid! Doesn't he know his derogatory ethnic slurs? He must not use them in everyday conversation because practice makes perfect. Send him back to school until he gets it right.

it was a simple mistake....
its like if you went over to europe or some other foreign country, and you're tyring to talk to someone there, you could EASILY disrespect them... without knowing it
