Do I have a knockoff product? HELP!

So I recently bought the whiteline kta123 from an online store. I just received the package today and the box itself wasn't even the whiteline box, the product was just in a regular cardboard box. When I looked at the arm assembly, there is no whiteline logo or anything printed on the assembly although the color is exactly like the whiteline product. On the rallysportdirect website the product also doesn't have a logo but on whiteline's website there is a logo on the assembly, I may just be overworried but I am curious as to if this is a legit product.

My guess is that the logos are stickers, and you got some floor model or something where the stickers and original packaging were lost.

If the product looks legit quality-wise (welds, shape of cuts, casting marks on bushings etc.) I wouldn't sweat it. You could definitely ask the seller about it thought. You could explain to he or she that you expected complete packaging when you made the purchase and if you're persuasive enough you may be offered some sort of perk or credit toward your next purchase. It has worked for me before.

Thats whiteline packaging alright. They usually just have the part and a piece of paper that says whiteline and then the install directions.
