I'm guessing they don't, but most people just haven't been caught.
Any experiences with front license plates on the dash and COPS? (you high air flow people, haha)
Something about it just makes me feel like it's too rice.
(BTW, I just mount it on the front like you're supposed to)

Just get over it an put it on the damn car. If you want your car to look all pretty for pictures, then take it off for pictures. But when you're driving you're not at a damn photoshoot so no one really cares that you have a front plate and it "ruins the looks of the car"
Subies are ugly anyways

I used to have my front plate on my old Integra's dash 10 years ago, but I believe it was still illegal. They would write you a ticket for that.
I have angled JDM front plate holder now.

I debated putting it on the dash but many people made this same point.

I had my license plate on my dash for about 3-4 months, only because my first bumper (aftermarket) since I got the car didn't have any good mounting areas on the mesh..... Now 2 stock bumpers later, its on where it should be. I think it looks better with the plate.

i keep both my plates on the rear... and its worked for me, i got this tip from a cop, "you dont have a front license plate" "dmv only sent me one" "sometimes they stick together" goes to check rear plate, "see there's two plates there" "oh, wow, ill put it on the front when i get home, thanks officer"... i've actually used this twice.. i've never ran a front plate on any of my cars
