distilled water
im gona flush and change my coolant tomorrow to try out watter wetter and was wondering where people get their distilled water from around here? yes im a newb to distilled water only seen bottles of it in my chem class lol..

For a coolant flush, thats fine, but storebought distilled water is very poorly distilled. For mixing in situations where impurities are a problem, you can do a far better job with a pot, piece of plastic and rigging up a steam|condensation exchanger.

true though, get some distilled water, try boiling a cup of it in a super clean pot, if it boils its not pure.

DI water from the millipore is much cleaner, it wouldn't cause metal to rust and it wouldn't leave mineral disposits. have you ever known how PG&E wash there power lines without getting shock?
p.s. distilled water is good, just not as pure.
