Distance around Lake Elizabeth?

I'm debating on doing a half/full marathon in the Fall and wanted to upstart the training? You guys know the distance around Lake Elizabeth in Fremont? Any other recreational areas to train?

you can start at MSJHS, run along the path that follows the creek, it'll go through the Gomes area, then lead across some train tracks and go to Lake Elisabeth, run around Elisabeth, and continue wherever you want from there. I used to run that, it's a little bit better than running around the lake only.

Close to you I'd say Rancho San Antonio. Nice, challenging hills. I'm training for wharf to wharf right now, and there is no shortage of places to train in Santa Cruz and the mountains around. I can give you some good places if you want to come this far.
