It's no less discriminatory than a business putting up a general add, and then hiring the hot chick, after 300 unemployed men apply for the job.
It is ballsy, but...it does narrow down the field, and the poster is honest about it.
Let's face it...this type of stuff happens everywhere, everyday.
And maybe in this crappy economy, the person doing the hiring is probably looking for an edge...I see it all the time in my line of work. It's a proven fact that people will remember/buy from the hot chick that comes around...sad, but true. It's not discrimination, it's advertising...and sexy sells...bottom line.
It is ballsy, but...it does narrow down the field, and the poster is honest about it.
Let's face it...this type of stuff happens everywhere, everyday.
And maybe in this crappy economy, the person doing the hiring is probably looking for an edge...I see it all the time in my line of work. It's a proven fact that people will remember/buy from the hot chick that comes around...sad, but true. It's not discrimination, it's advertising...and sexy sells...bottom line.

Hahaha...I'm Irish and speak fluent spanish...I have to in order to work in this area.
I have applied to so many construction jobs, that want spanish and english speakers...only to be turned down because I am white. ( but that is for another thread)
