I know it is. I bought bc it was a green sticker and it had an electric start. Ever stalled your bike on some hill climb? Its so nice to just sit there and hit a little button. About a year later or so after buying the bike new in 05 I tore down the motor and put on a bunch of goodies. Put on an 07 CRF250R head, 250R cam, Pro Circuit Hi Compression piston, Kibblewhite Valves and springs and a JD jet kit.

Oh and I've ridden my buddies 02 YZ250. Ya its has a lot more top end but poor thing lacks bottom end.
Lately Ive been wanting a 450R but my 250 can get me in plenty of trouble

Have you considered you'll need a fair amount of somewhat expensive supporting mods to make that turbo worth it? Turbo inlet, injectors, fuel pump, maybe a bigger intercooler...

When talking about the rush and getting amped up, there is nothing like being on a Bike. The freedom you have on it feels good.

I think you need think of what you want. Riding a bike is a whole different feel though than the head hittin the seat when ya spin that turbo.

if you have common sense a 250 two stroke is fine but theres alot to know. whats the condition of the bike. topend is a big one. the upside is they are super easy to work on and rebuild.
