there are local run race leagues in norway... i think its norway, where the total of the car cant be over 1000 bucks and the entire town races.. 80 year old women, 13 year old boys..
at the end of the race if someone wants to buy your car you have to sell it to them. I'll see if i can find youtube coverage of it. It's been a while.
