yea I was on the 3rd floor too, but it was really really subtle shaking. I think the only reason why I felt it was because I was sitting at my desk falling asleep and thought someone was walking by.

I felt it at work in Morgan Hill. OF course that is because I work in a rickety old shack, nobody outside of my shack felt it.
