To make a long story short.

It's a basically like a Pep Boys, but filled with overpriced to reasonably price (REASONABLE, not "cheap") JDM car stuffs. That's what I heard.

I dunno, I'd assume their work is "okay" for a huge *** JDM car parts supermarket. I'd personally go to a smaller shop to get any work done. That's just me and I feel rather uneasy about big places since they work with a larger volume of customers.

That's like taking MPJ, Gruppe-s and any other store and combining it with Pep Boys.

I bet you're wrong! a shop with good brands like Volk, Tein etc at your fingertips!? no internet browsing and no waiting on shipping! in a place like Los Angeles where 2million people with money to burn live in the metro area alone! all those ricers and all those goodies in plain view =$$$$

If i went into a place like that i'd have to be secured to an iron chair , gagged and occasionally shocked by a stun gun. I'd be broke

im still willing to bet they get A LOT of business. It's the type of store that has everything on hand so you don't have to wait. Therefore you get impatient people like myself that would be willing to pay a little extra to get the product NOW. you'd need to go into the store knowing exactly what you needed/wanted (ie the exact sizes etc. then have someone else do it or do it yourself.
