Rest in peace... O’l Ronny

Americans will miss you.. Seeing us giving him a full honors funeral service is something ill never forget, just like ill never forget his 8th year as president of the united states of American.

I wasn’t even 1 at the time he first took office but by the time he left office I was 8 and I still remember asking my dad why he couldn’t be re-elected.

Rest in peace
Edgar,

From someone who came from central America and grew up in the mid 80s there, i have very little love for Mr. Reagan. US training of death squads sanctioned by the Reagan administration, and US policy during the 80s was not kind to the general populous of central America. Just because the man is dead does not erase all the effects his administration had on the world, and it should not be forgotten.

Either way though, may he find rest and peace in death.

bogus trickle down economics (it works, cant you tell?)

El Salvador in the early 80s and a slew of other SAmerican travesties under his reign

I guess I am the only one who is getting tired of seeing Ronald Reagans death on TV. They have been drawing this out for the last 4 days. He is dead now. Let him rest in peace now. Can the news produce anything else or any other stories. The guy hasn't remembered his own name for 20 years. He will not remember you.

The media is doing a poor job of covering the news this week...the focus should be on the ongoing Iraq war and the upcoming elections, not the death of a president who unfortunately suffered from alzheimers for years and was for the most part "gone" before his passing.

But on the subject, couldn't his daughter have worn a longer skirt to the funeral?

thought he was a good president for truly having what america's interest at heart (or at least what he honestly believed was america's interest).

it's just too bad that he's the one that really started this whole "super-agitated-all-liberals-must-die-rush-limbaugh-is-god" republican trend. it wasn't so long ago that republicans and democrats weren't as divisive as they are today.
