Car Info: Cage and Slicks and Wing OH MY!!
Its in the UK anyways, Copyright laws dont pertain to anything Overseas, ONLY in the country of Origin.
Hence why many companys get Copyright/Patent's in Multiple Country's.
Or why companys open branches in different countrys......
Thats why FAKE Mugen stuff can float around in the US for honda's. The laws dont apply =(

damn that sucks man. yea my girlfriend just graduated from fashion school and shes planning on opening her own clothing line and she has her logo but doesnt want to advertise it till she gets it copyrighted/patented.
just think about it this way some one liked your logo so much that it was worthy enough to be mass produced but that still sucks man

OK, my question is: Did you draw that image from scratch or did you find that cartoony skull thing in a clip art folder, put your death symbol thingy on it and call it your logo.

That sucks man...annoying when people steal designs. Having said that, if it really is your design you don't need to assert or register your works for it to be protected by copyright law. While there are some benefits to registering, my understanding is that it isn't necessary. If you're interested, you can familiarize yourself with the laws governing this. Wikipedia is great. These two articles in particular are good:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyrig...yright_notices
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berne_C...Artistic_Works
Note this statement in particular: "Under the Berne Convention, copyrights for creative works do not have to be asserted or declared, as they are automatically in force at creation: an author need not "register" or "apply for" a copyright in countries adhering to the Berne Convention."
Good luck...
