I bought a drumset a few years back and it was drop shipped from the factory in china....got hele up in customs for months to make sure my drums didnt have teh sarz :rotfl:

Its been sitting in fremont for 24+hrs now. Still not on a god damn truck. W T F. If it doesnt go out today, that means it wont get here until monday. Calling now to raise hell

"I got some chairs here for you, do you want them delivered or want to pick them up?"
Yeah I want to pick up two huge *** boxes when I paid for HOME DELIVERY. Im 5 miles away, how hard is it to put them on a truck and drop them off

it arrived friday, wrong address they had.. understandable...

wed nothing, i call dhl said it was on a truck gonna get delivered.
thursday nothing
today, friday, our account rep finally calls me and hunts it down.
the delivery guy delivers this huge box that was partially opened.
the kit inside was ok.
so the delivery guys goes on and tells me that... it wasn't delivered earlier because the box was big... AHHHH.... ERRRR... ISN'T THAT WHY YOU GUYS (DHL) CHARGED ME SO F'N MUCH?!!!... it was so big, he said, that no one wanted to deliver it. and he says that our place is hard to get to (eventhough DHL picks up here everyday).
all in all dhl is actually pretty good. but w/ a huge company like that you'll have slackers.

yup, I talked to the driver personally and he said it would be delivered. BUt then "he got busy", so they are still sitting in fremont. So they marked it priority, will have saturday delivery, and I *****ed so much they said they wont charge me, lol

man, time to kill someone. THey ASSURED me it would go out today. They would mark it priority saturday delivery. Well, as of 9:10, still sitting in fremont. Don't the drivers leave a bit earlier than that?

Well, despite them super assuring me they would deliver today, the supervisor himself said he would drop them off in his personal car, well i guess tough **** for me, I wont be installing them this weekend. F*ck you fremont DHL. The customer service people are great and more than willing to help, its just the *******s in that location i guess who cant seem to do the job they are paid to do
