Yeah it was on my old car. I wasn't sure about the tint but thats good to know. Hopefully I will be able to get the fine reduced a little. They are saying that over 80mph you can't go to traffic school so I am gonna try and get it down to 80mph so I can go. Plus it was the stupid airplane and I don't know how accurate they are.

A "friend" of mine has gotten a ticket for 85mph in a 65 zone (highway) and he was allowed to go to traffic school, no questions asked.

In my experience, the system really isn't that good. It doesn't really catch everything. If you want to go to traffic school, just try it. If you're not supposed to go they probably won't catch it anyway.

I don't see it as being gay at all. You broke the law.

was it a speed trap?

If it was then thsoe are not an accurate way of determining speed and that will be dismissed if you argue it correctly

i didn't say the law is, i just think that ticket is too much for something like that, and i don't think I really broke any law.

Exactly that is why I am going to try and fight it. Hopefully everything will turn out ok, the fine isn't all that much so either way at least I tried.

yeah, usually the judge is nice enough to cut your fine in half, or some significant portion, if you don't win.

I don't know why the wouldn't let you go to traffic school. I got tagged doing 97 on 101 south and they let me go to traffic school.
