By the way, how much am I expected in need to spend to catch these bastards? I'll hold off the mods and expenses and hopefully can get my family to pitch in.
Whatever it takes... whatever it takes...
Also, any suggestions from all those electronic high-techies?

I'm VERY afraid of this. I have a wierd house which has 2 driveways, one leads to the backyard, so I'm most likely going to be laying down a platform so I can drive my car back there and park then cover it up. This may seem a little paranoid but hell, its better than paying for a new paintjob.

This does suck pretty bad. Mustang guys are dicks. They take the whole ricer, domestic thing way to far. We could set something up to catch them. It would take a few of us, some two radios, and some *****. Is it happening regularly? Get in touch with the people in the neighborhood. Find out who knows someone with the car in question. Neighborhood watch is very effective if it is organized. How bad is your paint? I can fix most paint damage as long as it isn't all the way to the metal. I'm pretty sure it's scuffed clear which is pretty easy to fix. Let me know if you want me to take a look at it to see if I can help you.

Yeah, the neighborhood has been getting egged around so I definately think it's time we bust some serious *** here.
My paint is horrible, it's scratched down to the metal. No way of repairs except to repaint the car. That's what really sux... Thanks for the help though! Always appreciated!

If I were you, I'd be home on Halloween. I'll bet anything they strike on the 31st. When they do,...and they will....be ready. Get a couple of your good friends, a video cam and wait for em. When they strike, get it all on film (evidence for the cops) make sure you get a plate number and some faces...then, if and only IF you have the means to do so, make a citizens arrest.

Damn Steve, that really really sucks.
Just out of curiousity, which part of Cupertino do you live? I'm just curious since Cupertino always seemed like a nice, quiet town to me
