so i was up in tahoe this weekend... and as I'm pulling out of the harrah's some idiot in a stretch limo starts to turn in.. then stops... so i back up a ways, and he pulls in and hits the side of my car as im parked and not moving. ****. tail light and rear bumper is scratched, but no dents luckily.

the worst thing is he tried to blame the accident on me.

Sorry to hear. Welcome to the club. Why are there so many clowns driving around in Tahoe? Don't they realize the conditions are slippery.

that sucks.. similar thing happened to me except it was a lady in a big white SUV that hit my rear quarter. There was a witness yet her insurance company still tried to screw me by claiming that I was pulling out and backed into her. People like that make me angry.
