D1 Grand Prix this Saturday Feb. 28, 2004

The D1 Grand Prix USA will be held February 28, 2004 at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale near Los Angeles, California.

Anyone planning on going to this? I'm thinking about leaving Friday after work and coming back up Sunday mid-morning. It'd be great if I could find someone planning that same schedule to carpool with!

aaron, me and my gf are leaving at around afternoon time Friday, but we are comin back Monday =( so yeah not sure if that would work out for ya...unless you skip out of work

Thanks for the offer, but I need to come back by Sunday afternoon cuz there's a concert that night I am going to. Even if there is no concert, I can't skip out of work due to a lack of vacation time!

Me, Paul, and Angelo (from the old Fanime Staff) are driving down Friday, staying at the hotel, and after the event at 10 PM Sat, are driving down back down to San Jose.

yeah i got room for 1 more in my car (3 small people in my car as of now) just to let you know though...
2 6 hours driving, with lots of underground hiphop/classic rock playing. (i know music tastes makes a big difference in a road trip) pm me or aim me grandmasterkenji if you need a ride (you'd have to be able to get to sunnyvale though
