its more than likely a fake http header name for anyone who was looking at it. its not a real address, he more than likely made it up and put it there just to throw you off. its a pretty basic first step to cover your tracks if your hacking. i would also guess if he did changed the header name that he also used atleast one proxy server to hide where his actual location is. you know in the movie when someone hacks and they try to trace it and the signal is being bounced off of different places in different countries. thats a proxy server. more than likley the problem with proxy servers is that you cant access the info to see where his signal was coming from, the people who signal he stole would have to look it up for you. now he could have also just driven around in a car and hacked into someones wireless modem, if he did that then you will never find him. he used a basic password generator to hack into your account. the key is to change your password every couple weeks. i would report the fraud to itunes and see if they can clear the charges from your account but i would also ask them if they are able to locate the location of the computer that has the physical downloaded song files because for him to listen to the songs he has to link the stolen song files to an itunes account which will more than likely be his own. this is about your only chance of finding out who did it.

Good luck getting Apple to release that info. One of my buddies had a credit card stolen and they ordered items online and the company wouldn't release the address to him, even though it was a stolen credit card. Maybe Apple will be more help, which I hope for you.

yea i figured they probably wouldnt, but it seems like an extremely easy way to find out the info you need. they should be required to give such info to police in internet/credit card fraud cases. i mean every single itunes song you download has the information of who bought it, their itunes account info, apple would very easily be able to run a check of what computers have files with your account stamped on them, they would also be able to pinpoint the location of the computer in a matter of seconds. but in the end apple is still making money off of your misfortune sop why exactly would they want to help.

if the OP has his itunes account linked to a credit card just call the credit card company and have them charge back the stuff. its usually a pretty good way to get a companies attention
