why not buy the megan downpipe it's like 149, then get the exhaust done with muffler for like 350? Then you'll have a system that you can change the stock cat on.

I get mine done in El Cerrito. They guy has done a few exhausts on three of my cars in the past. Does incredible work. He did a 2.5inch with a magnaflow muffler and tip on my last car for 325. He did my current full 3inch on my WRX for 180. He also made an incredible exhaust for my 914 a while back, which he had to keep overnight to work on. Only charged 300 (two mufflers and tons of excellent bends). Muffler Works is the name. I see everything from EVO's to C6 corvettes in there on a regular basis. That's probably too far for you, but it will give you a good idea of what stuff should cost.
ive been to this place before too, they do good work at fair prices.

These guys seem pretty cool. I just dropped off my RT hi-flow pipe there to have them fix and re-weld the rear flange. Got it used, sold as excellent condition, had a bent flange and a broken weld that had obviously been leaking exhaust... Ugh.

Go to the guys next to Auto Innovations. Gabe does great work, and they are cheap for the kind of work he does.

You sure Mufflerworks does mandrel bends?

I'm pretty sure Mitch doesn't have a mandrel bending machine. It's all press bent (crush bent). But he's really cool. I could be wrong.

If you just need piping, try www.kteller.com and order your own.

Or check here: https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...hlight=mandrel

Supposedly two shops in the Bay Area that can do mandrel bends.

He's actually a good friend and a great guy. Always at NASA events as well. His shop is in Santa Cruz tho.. Worth checking out as he always has some awesome race cars in there. His prices are not low, but his work is always absolutely perfect.

Well i go to Golden Auto Muffler on Folsom between 5&6th and they do mandrel bends also but its $45per bend here a couple of shots. Ididn't get the mandrel bends but i like the quality for a muffler shop.

blah, it will prob be easier to just use pre-bent pipe and have them weld it all together. 45 per bend? shieeet
