Cusco rear subframe brace w/ rear difuser - Worth it?

Just like the title says, is it worth it? I don't know much about the rear subframe brace, but it is supposed to stiffen up the rear a bit and then the diffuser slaps right on to that. Would the difuser make that big a difference? Perhaps someone who has it can shed some light on it for me? I see a good deal and I might want to take it, but I want to make sure its not a pointless mod.

--edit--

haha, i spelled want wan't. :P. time for sleep lol.

^^ agreed. Save for the APR diffuser instead. OR, go with just the diffuser, and punch a couple holes in the bottom of your trunk.
