stuck a gopro in front of the car driving down page mill rd in Palo Alto. is there a thread for videos? I didn't want to create a thread for this but couldn't find any...

 

There is a section for vids.. last time I checked it was pretty dead though.
That looks like an amazing road, and No traffic!?!

 

Page Mill is a great drive, but unless you go SUPER early in the morning, there are usually a regular dose of other cars on the road. Most drivers are courteous and pull over for those that are going faster, but you almost always will hit at least one moron in a Camry/Corolla/Accord/biege-mobile that is clueless to the world, clueless to driving, and can barely process more than 10' of the road in front of them.

page mill is a cool lil road… I honesty don't think it gets too busy during the week, especially when you are coming down from skyline. however, you will hit more traffic once you get around the foothill park/residential area, but I don't commute up and down that stretch of page mill on a daily basis. going in the evening is also a pretty safe bet, but I wouldn't go too crazy if you are unfamiliar with the road at night… there are definitely a couple hair pins that come up quick on you and send you off the road. and definitely do not go on the weekends cuz there will be a million bicyclists and cars going up and down the entirety of page mill lol.

 

...also very little traffic should you frequent that road at 11pm - 1am on weekends...

 

talking about good driving roads on the internet = no more good driving roads.
