im just curious if its someone on here, and if it is what other mods help reach that whp number? it bugs me when people post numbers that they themselves have never seen the car make.

There are so many factors into getting a WHP number. I can put my car on CL and state it makes 300whp on a TD04. Are you going to post my car and ask how I made those numbers too? Again it's only a number so don't get your panties in a bunch.
This is what it takes to get those kind of numbers on a real dyno.

He's probably quoting dynojet numbers or something. So many people are clueless about dyno numbers that he probably doesn't even know any better. You know it's a GT30R. You know it doesn't have any serious engine mods, or you can be sure he'd list them. So you know that it needs help to get those numbers... so they must be dynojet numbers.
If I were at all seriously considering purchase, I'd ask to be there when he takes it for SMOG. See what he says, whether he's 100% clueless or not.

Well you didn't state that in your OP

yes,if you posted your car and made those claims i would make a thread asking whos car it is. and its not just a number. its a statement to the mods he has,how well he knows his car and if things like basic maint. were done. for example,if he made those claims based off what someone told him and not his own research i would be concerned that things like basic maint wasnt done.
it also brings to light the mods done. did he halfass anything, did he reach those numbers on a stock block, nitrous, built block ect. did he do the required mods to support that power and if he didnt how long has he been driving it like that?

Maybe it's an email tune? With an estimate number...or some AP estimated numbers. Who knows. I'm sure a high reading dyno can produce those numbers on that turbo. I just don't get why people don't mention who tuned it when they mention the power. It adds much more credibility and an idea of how the numbers compare to others.

my buddy sold his srt4 and tahoe to get a sti. ive been helping him look and he sent me a email with this link last nite. i was hopeful someone knew him and or were he got tuned.
He says that with the meth kit he has that is uninstalled it should make in between the 91/race gas numbers. seems reasonable to me.

Alot of power for 91 octane...
