hey guys/girls,
I wouldnt normally do this but im a bit of a pinch so here goes...

My parents tennants just skipped town on them and my gf and I are going to move into there house to help out and as a bit of an upgrade BUT because of the late notice, OUR current landlord is holding us to rent for June unless we can get a tennant to move in. Its a very cute, comfortable 1br/1ba private cottage in Martinez, right off the hwy4. The place was built about 7 years ago as a mother-in-law cottage but is unique in that the main house is up the hill and this place has its own private entrance, 1car garage and 2 car driveway. Spacious bedroom with walk-in closet, full size laundry in the house, newer appliances. Rent is only $1100/month and includes water and basic cable which is a STEAL out here. The landlords are super nice and left us alone but were always available if anything needed to be addressed. If you know of anyone, please let me know!

posted this while at work but can get pics soon. Im going crazy trying to buy a new car, put my car back to stock, clean my parents rental for moving and move out of/clean our place all while working 50hr weeks but there is definitely enough room to work on a car for it being a "1car garage", done plenty of oil changes and such myself and thats with the sidewall being stacked with unpacked boxes

 

bump...took pics of the damn garage and then forgot my cable but can text them...

 

I'd be in if I could get my GF to move in. LoL, wish I had pictures to really take a look at this.

 

I grew up in Martinez. It's a nice place to live.
