The thing is when you did those things to yoru car, you knew you were doing things that werent allowed. so why do you get all butt hurt when a cop is doing his job and nails you for those things.
Its not like they have those laws just to be *********.
#1 tilted plate, harder for your car to be identified incase there is a reason they would need yoru plate number
#2 loud fart can. people dont want to hear that **** when they are in their houeses and its obnoxious if it isnt a nice deep boxer rumble anyway.
#3 Tinted windows. The main reason cops nail people for this is officer safety. wouldnt you be nervous walking up to some strangers car on the side of the freeway and you couldnt see if possibly they have a gun on the other side of that dark window. stick with 35% and you pry wont hear a damn thing about it. been pulled over plenty and never has a chp said a word about my tints.
#4 headlight thing. not only is this for yoru safety but to make it easier for other people to see you. especially on darker cars when it is raining. especially if you have smoked out tail lights. just turn them on its not that hard to do.
I agree that some police get you for stupid stuff. if you had one maybe 2 mods you got nailed for thats one thing, but with the list you put up it was just a matter of time and you were kind of asking for it.
do you really need a tilted front plate. pry not. how much air does it really block if you have a FMIC. pry not much. take it to a wind tunnel and let me see the results. i am sure i wont be surprised.
i dont wanna be a dick but with the oakland **** goin on i am sick of hearing about people *****ing about police doing their job. if you arent doing anything illegal then you have nothing to worry about.

ive driven give or take 10,000 miles around the bay area since april in my car and i havent gotten looks at all expect once on 17 when i was coming around a corner kinda fast, got tailed but he pulled some guy in a van over instead...
ive got tints all around, blacked out headlights, and exhaust (borla hush ftw) and i dont get bothered at all...

OK i dont complain about cops
well exceptmotor cycle ones because they are ticket machines they cant do anything but traffic they cant haul away criminals
but until you get a 57 in a 55 zone you cant complain

last night i got pulled over for a dim license plate light. come on, no ticket but then he harassed me about my eyes being glazy, im sick. then harassed me about my drivers license becuase the picture looks nothing like me.
if u dont want to deal with gay tickets dont modify ur car.

Hey... I can complain. Haaa.
I got pulled over in the hills up by NAPA/Lake Berryessa. I rolled up to a stop sign and rolled away. Cop didn't look twice at most anything but he wrote me up for illegal tires and no front plate. The plate I was like... o.k. Figured that's what he'd say when he pulled me over. But the tires. I kept telling him... did you look at them from behind. Yes. Are you sure. Yes. Did you notice the DOT rating on the side. No answer.
They were RE070's with a couple thousand miles on them. Damn near brand new.
Fortunately I was on my way to see my brother in law. LEO. He signed them off but I had to promise to put my front plate back on. I did. For a month or so.
If you're getting pulled over for things like that you can't really complain to the officer or about them. You KNOW it's illegal. Yes its petty but it's not their fault.
It's all about attitude for me. If you come up and are being a dick and start looking for everything in the world that pisses me off. Or you start following me and waiting for me to do something.
But then again... pay to play I guess.
I've gotten a LOT of tickets and I find that if you're not a douche they usually won't look for extra stuff to toss on and at the very least will treat you with respect. Usually when I get a ticket I'm asking for it. Not always but usually. haaa.
