If it's raining out and you only have your DRL's on then yes, you can get a ticket. Big, loud fart cans are a sure way to get pulled over too. Stealth mods FTW!!

Hercules cops are even worse! I got pulled over in my driveway 2 times last year! It's not the fact that we're getting tickets for illegal mods, but if there are burglary and car theft problems they should be doing their main jobs and leave us alone!

It makes sense that people were getting pulled over mid December through early January. Cops were looking for reasons to pull people over, looking for people who have had a few too many to drink. I can't say that I blame them.
