It's a different situation... completely.
You get the drop on him and he puts his hands up... take him in. He's not doing that. He's SHOOTING AT THE POLICE.
Beyond that it's even more unique because the police are the ones that need to bring this guy in and he hates police. He is trying to kill as many as possible. So what that leaves you with is a very volatile guy that is NOT giving up. Shoot him.
It's the same as in warfare.
You see an enemy armed. You ask him to put his gun down. He even thinks about pulling it up... you shoot him. He shoots at you... you shoot him. Our society is getting way to PC.
Well he deserves a trial or to speak his mind or whatever. Sorry... no he does not. He gave up his rights as a member of society under the protection of civil rights when he started killing and kidnapping people. I'm tired of this ****.

How about those people GAVE themselves up. They didn't start shooting at the police. That theater guy, do you really think they would have taken him alive if he started shooting at them? Don't be stupid. Dorner is willing to kill anyone that gets in his way, that means he deserves a bullet. Do those other people deserve bullets to the brain, yes. But that's not the way it works when they lay their guns down and turn themselves over.

How convient that this cabin in on fire burning all evidence and a possible body...I'm starting to think Dorner ever existed in the first place lol. A good false flag for disarming Americans.
Yea, the burning is gonna suck. Lots of evidence gone. I wonder if Dorner just off'd himself, or using a gas tank and waiting to get some final shots off. Or if he's even in there in the first place.

If this dude had shot up a school, a mall, a barber shop or killed a couple taxi drivers people would be up in arms talking about a psycho on the loose and props to the cops for taking this dude down... etc.
