This community is hands down the best
I just wanted to make a quick note. At 3:17am this morning, my second son was born. Sebastian Emmitt Buchanan. And he is awesome.
I got a PM on here around last night or this morning about picking up the turbo timer I had for sale. I was only asking $20.
One of you met me at the hospital (when I had a moment) to pick it up. This person also not only showed up timely, with cash (which I couldn't accept for reasons you'll understand right about... now ---> ) and showed up with a care package. A Japanese Subaru Legacy magazine. Snacks. Drink mix. Sandwiches. All in a little bag.
I've met this person one time. And it was very briefly. And he not only drove out of his way to meet up with me today, but did just about the most tear-jerkingly thoughtful thing I've ever seen in bringing me this care package.
I've been around a lot of car communities. And you guys are just straight up the best. All little bickering aside, everyone here cares about the cars, AND the people, and without question or a doubt in my mind, you all are top notch in my mind and my heart. I appreciate it more than you know.
