it was kinda funny, because i called to say i wanna can it on behalf of my mother who doesn't speak english well because it was getting too expensive and i hear friends getting better deals, but dude was like, "okay, when do you wanna cancel?" at that point i'm thinking, "holy ****, dude is going to can it" but i held my ground.... "whenever... asap" dude does this thing... seconds past and i'm thinking..."sob.... dude isn't even going to offer me a lower cost" so i said would i get a better cost if i signed up for the internet under my name, and the guy responded, "no, you can't get a deal for what your doing but if cost is an issue, i can talk to my floor manger" i say, "that would be awesome if you could do that" seconds past dude come back "i can lower the cost from 45 to 24 for 6 months" i say, cool and that was that.

Internet was down for 2 hours today until I called and talked to a tech. They had to reconfigure the modem since it somehow got disabled.

Asked to have our speed increased as compensation for the downtime our house has had in the last couple months. lady didn't do anything, said I have to call the retention department in the morning and see if they can do anything. sigh..

Throttled connection at work. We have several gigabit backbones in our datacenter. Ridiculous amounts of bandwidth, but well guarded against things like speed tests. Haha.
