anyone know the specific color of the green on the body of the JGTC's Takata NSX? i think i also saw an FD rx-7 with the same color a long time ago in a magazine (advertising a japanese maybe energy drink on the side)

Not that its any help, but I've always called it Takata Green.

EDIT: I just checked out the link, and the majority of that green looks darker then the Takata Green I'm used to (which is more like the lighter/brighter shade on that gradient).

yea i wish i could say my car is TAKATA green haha, but imo its way too flashy and bright for the body.

i think the green body would look awesome(although still a bit flashy) with c/b if not black hood, my black wbr fmic, my black exhaust, and my dark 5 windows, and i think black or hyperblack wheels. im not too sure about my takata wheels though. possibly with black oem wrx spoiler as well. add: paint stoptechs black.

the color is officially called TAKATA Green, its made by the same company that makes the Top Secret Gold shade....

really? seems a whole lot darker than the takata green volk wheels the nsx had on before as opposed to its body.

could there be different spectrums of takata darkness? maybe black paint or something was mixed in? hm..

 

There's a reason Subaru stopped making green imprezas (at least the higher end ones)... The body and shape of a WRX and green just DO NOT mix well.

At least its better than the two forms of yellow that they came out with.

 

there may have been variations, but i believe thats the official name....
