Cobb Springs Question HELP :(

Hello folks, I just had a quick question.. I ordered cobb springs, f/r sways, and f/r endlinks.. Cobb springs drop the 2004 wrx sedan about 2" in the front and 1.5" in the rear.. I was wondering if stock shocks will hold up with cobb springs.. It is a considerable drop and Cobb says it is designed for the stock shocks .. just sorta confused on what's what here.. Can someone help me out, thanks alot.

its not that its "not recommended", its that the stock struts wont last as long as they should have when combined with a higher spring rate as the cobb.

theres not that many choices of struts for the 2004.. kyb agx is for 02/03, but i already bought 04 springs.. damn.. what a pain!! i clicked the link to buy strut spacers but the link wasnt available? what are some struts on a good budget? maybe i should get the swaybars and endlinks done first and wait on to install the springs..? Any suggestions ?

I ran my cobb springs for about 8 months or so and never had any problems with them. Decided to upgrade to coilovers, so I got rid of them.

I had cobb. knocking noise from the back, I think it was the installation I reassembled it 3 different times trying to get rif of it. I got coilovers at the end but the cobb's drop looks very, very good. I think theres couple pictures in here somewhere
