APS is a magnaflow it seems to me.

Cobb is made by Stromung. Cobb's Exhaust has a bigger muffler, so it's quieter than the Stromung.

If cost is an issue, get the Stromung dual Tip. If you got the cash, and a single tip is fine, get the Cobb.

I've never been a fan of APS much, but their cat-back is neat.

They are have the same type of muffler design: Oval muffler with a straight through section using metal mesh for bafflng. It's they have great flow, great sound... very underrated exhaust systems.

I say get the Stromung, dual tip is stealthier.
