Christmas is around the corner and i asked for 2 things

The two things are a car alarm and front seat covers.

First of all i figured i'd ask you guys seeing how you're local and could probably answer my question fast.

I have no idea what car alarm to get so if you could ask for one good car alarm what would it be and where could i get it? I want to be reasonable too with price. If you think some features are not useful then i want the model that will keep my car from going bye bye, that's all.

Also, does anyone know where in the hell to get good fitting seat covers? i've lloked everywhere and even tried a set that worked for about a month, then ripped.

thanks, eric

I have yet to get seat covers for the subie (you need to get the ones that allow the side impact airbag to deploy or disconnect it.

In the past I have either got them online so that I could get covers made specifically for the car I am driving.

For my last vehicle I had seat covers custom made by a shop. They were about $200 but you could not tell there were covers on the car.

i was thinking about paradyme because im sure they wouldn't screw anything up because they know what they're doing.

Mike, how much was everything and which model did you get?

I'll check the paperwork when I get back home Friday, but I think it is a Viper 600ESP and it was $300 installed with the motion/shock sensor and hood pin. The Paradyme guys do know what they're doing. Ask for Jeremy.

I've been in the market for a good car alarm also. I'm looking towards the Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5 I believe it's the equivalent of the Viper 791XV. I can't seem to find it on the Clifford website, but just do a search on Google or something to get the features.
