Unfortunately, there's not enough of the video to know too much about the backstory, but from what I surmise it looks like some kinda TV show or something. The host asked most of the girls that got hit if they were okay, but not all of them said they were okay
Another girl actually got hit hard enough to bleed inside her mouth 0_o
It's probably strange late-night Japanese reality TV if I were to guess. Maybe they're seeing which stock variety of modern Japanese girl is the toughest? I mean, there's a punk, a manba, an OL, a little girl, an "amateur", etc.
