were getting throttled again. Were on multiple OC48s, I think IT has finally gotten pissed at us sucking up all of the bandwidth on our desktops downloading ISOs.
Out of 3 tests that was the highest download rate, the other two were ~15MB/s. The real question is, what are our sustained download rates. I know Comcast uses "Speedboost" (they up your DL rates for ~10s or something), which is fine for small files and to game speedtests, but it doesn't mean much for large downloads.
