Thanks Resty! It ran a 16.1 at sac raceway ROFL!! hence = snail... Later found out that someone (and this is why i haTe having hella peeps in my garage when in touching my suby) was spinning the shaft for the wg flap and it was set OPEN!!!
Waiting to get the protune soon so i'll post some accurate #s
But for now. Big Turbo + big injectors + big fuel pump + big ic = 16.1 1/4 mile at 93 mph hahahaha!

snagged it in Paso Robles for $3000 using Craigshelper.
they usually run for $3500-$4500 in the Bay at least, for that year range. 1998-2002 i think are pretty much the same, then 2003+ lots of design change, so higher price.
search KTM LC4, 640, 625, 620.

Its all good... i found the humor in all of this. wasnt easy though... First it was disbelieve (that i got a crap turbo), then it was anger (that i got a crap turbo), then relief (when i found it wasnt to turbo), then it was joy (that it was jsut the wg flap) then rage (that someone F*** with it), then a few other emotions, and now i can laugh about it. lol
and still hunting for the others.

Hahaha yeah, I took my car to Subaru dealer to see if anything was wrong that could have been covered under warranty right before it expired...there was nothing...pretty much went straight to GST right after 
Thank you thank you...the 20G is brand spanking new...that was the day it was delivered to GST
The TMIC is actually a custom piece that GST had at their shop and gave me for $100...Don't remember the story of what for it was made, but they never used it and it just sat around. I think it is bigger than even the Sparco or APS ones
