Carputer now has sound

i'll probably finish 100% tomorrow. Just have to hid all the wires, gotta get another 3.5mm to rca, and put the seats back in

you can see that the amp is pretty hidden from normal view

Jeff, if you can afford to spend $$$ on that carputer, you can afford to spend $5 for bbq food, drinks, music, and other entertainment.

why spend money on BBQ and soda when i'm bringing my own sandwich and a Gatorade?
plus i said $5 was fine, 15-20 is not

*not really a convo for this thread, but there are probably a LOT of people who are bringing their own food, so you don't really have to buy tons of food for every single person

$5 for a day of fun games and BBQ that's a bargain well worth $20 anytime

This is the Carputer thread, and I already said above "why spend money on BBQ and soda when I'm bringing my own sandwich and a Gatorade?"

Don't change the discussion into a BAM entrance fee

Yeah

I'm pretty sure I listed everything, other than all the little tiny stuff like the bolts/nuts, rubber grommets, etc

and my links are pretty much the lowest prices I found for each thing.

Sweet, much obliged sir. Looks like a fun project, and I may just never leave my car again.

Were you able to hook up any video input for like exterior car cams. Might be easier to record, then using a camcorder.

you can get a video recorder program and get a USB micro camera or something. I might do that to record fun drives. there are probably threads about that kinda thing in here http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/
but I haven't looked into it much just yet

the lilliput screen does have additional video inputs too
