I think GST has already hit 1000hp with the L. I know they were over 900hp.

I'm not thinking that is correct. Subaru motors have a very hard time running at 750+whp

That 750 seems to be the wall. 900 crank maybe.
These guys are doing whp

They based on the turbo listed here they can not be pushing 1000hp. The L is fast based on weight, drag/aero, suspension.
Subaru motors do not run very long at 800+hp That is the man reason these guys made the block they did. The case halves will not take it. Way to much distortion going on. I'd put GST around the 700whp range and I would say that would be their full blown race/record map. Racing is not all about highest HP or TQ, Its about making the most you can and having it last thru the race your in.

They don't run it at over 900, but it has put down that much. It's the kill map. They normally run 600 to 700whp.

That turbo will not push that much. So they would have to swap that out with the map.

That may be an old stat sheet you found. They changed their setup for this year.

It was this year for time attack.

But still doesn't push the fact that EJ cases are not going to hold 800WHP+ numbers and last for ****. The split case will not do it.
And I know 1st hand what a 35R will do on a race motor and with race gas. It runs out of steam up top.

But what ever....
