Probably fiberglassed ones with c/f laided over. That or the coating really, really sucks. Or even worse, both.

dood, thats hard to believe, they must have made them with cheap CF, and used chop mat as a base or something.

Someone at my school used to sell hood's like these for dirt cheap. They were defective hood's. The weave was messed up, they might have been a little warped, the clear coat might not have been thick enough, whatever. They were decent quality for the most part. This might be the same guy.

sheez, hardly anyone uses good fiberglass anymore either, rarely do you see a fiber panel made of woven glass, it's always the stuff they shoot out of a gun, with a radom, non-interconnected weave that looks like the pattern on particleboard.
