Sent him an offer for high teens... we'll see if he takes.
Looks like the car needs a new axle (CV joint), control arm, and spring/strut combo... thats an easy 5k worth of work if taken to a subaru dealer. I'd just change the suspension anyway... and have to eat the cv joing/control arm problem.
