haha.. OK. But which Honda? I have a Yamaha gen rated at I think 57db. What is it, every 3db doubles the noise? So it's almost 4 times louder than that? You will never buy a "quiet" generator for $299, nevermind $123

This is a great cheap option, if it dies...it's only $124! Buy 2..who cares.

I understand that, I was just noting the "almost as quiet as a Honda" comment. My Yamaha was $1800 for 3Kw, but it sounds like a rabbit fart when it's running. I use it with my RV and a $299 generator will get you kicked out of most camping facilities. If noise isn't an issue, then you're good to go with a cheap one.
