Nice, I was sad when they were taken off the air. 105 is cool though, but sometimes I want variety.

 

I wish they would do 80's weekend again, or have at least one all 80's station, all the time.

I think id rather have KSJO back, remember when it was 92.3 92.5 and 92.7!? oh man

I remember when these big three were on, and they were all playing Nirvana at the same time (obviously i didnt like Nirvana that much as i was channel surfing and found the triple play

those were the days

 

nice, I was tired of 105.3 being the only good radio station

however, live 105's morning show is still better than any other stations morning show

Especially T-Man

 

totally, WTR are the for reals lettuce. even though Greg Gorey's my fravorite

104.9 says theyre out of sunnyvale, i only heard an hour of songs, but too me it sounds like theyre more alternative than before

it used to be 92.3 (hard/classic metal/rock)
.....................104.9 (hard new rock)
.....................105.3 (New rock/ classic 90's rock)

104.9 used to be the in between, but it sounds like they are another live 105 which is still good.

103.9 in Santa Cruz is now 1/2 hip hop 1/2 Rock, which is OK by me, but they used to be just like 1049 playing hard-new rock and none of the mellow stuff 105 plays 1/4 of the time.

cant wait to hear more tomorrow

i was gonna get a PSP for music and WRC, but no
i almost got a ZUNE
then decided to wait a few months for my a nice cell phone for music, since i'll never want to carry around an MP3 player everyday

 

they need to build in an FM tuner to the new ipods

 

w00t! I just hope 1049 brings back the up close and personal concerts. I saw/met 311 and stained at the blank, and switchfoot played in my girlfriends living room because of that station

yeah ipod needs FM tuner if they want to compete with the monopoly

Radio stations suck in the bay area. 104.9 was one of the only decnt ones left. Glad to see it's coming back, but I'd still rather listen to my ipod.

 

ohhh whaat.. i missed that station.. i used to get their free acoustic cd's when you donated cans of food.
