the California AIr Resources board is the biggest bunch of bull**** in the world. They are just wasting our money and trying to outrage people about something in order to cover up their jobs and careers are complete jokes.

Allow high flow cats as long it meets standard emission outputs. That will encourage more enthusiasts to comply with smog checks.

they would if they would pass

you have to pass the CARB standards

the regular replacements do

it costs $$$$$$$$ to get them to test ONE part if it fails you pay again

hi flow wont pass the sniffer

What makes you think hiflows won't pass the sniffer? I passed through state ref with my last car with a high flow and passed.

I have a hard time believing that a wrx with say a catless up pipe and 2 high flows would fail the sniffer if it was tuned to do so.
